There are three types of form elements we use, that helps us in customizing the forms.

This component is a simple text input inside forms. You must add the “Label” which will be the title of the input field. The “Name” should be the same as the “Label”. You can add “Placeholder” text if needed. If you enable “Required” then this input field will be mandatory to fill and the text “(Optional)” will be removed after the “Label” of the field. Under the “Input Type” you can select several types like: “Text”, “Email”, “Password”, “Textarea” and “Hidden”

This component is a dropdown inside forms. You must add the “Label” which will be the title of the dropdown field. You must add the “Options” also which will be the choosable content from the dropdown list. Inside the “Dropdown Item” you can also add the ”Label” of the item. You can add “Placeholder” text if needed. If you enable “Required” then this dropdown field will be mandatory to fill and the text “(Optional)” will be removed after the “Label” of the field.

This component is a checkbox or radio button inside forms. You must add the “Label” which will be the title of the Checkbox/Radio field. You must add the “Options” also which will be the choosable content. Inside the “Select Item” you can also add the ”Label” of the item. If you enable “Required” then this Checkbox/Radio field will be mandatory to fill and the text “(Optional)” will be removed after the “Label” of the field. You can also enable “Multi Select (checkboxes)” which means that you can select multiple options (checkboxes) or only a single option (radio-buttons).

This component is used when we need the submitted information to be sent to a specific email address. This Email address can be added in the “Recipient Email” field. In the “Email Title” field you can add the subject of the email. In the “Components” tab you can add the form elements like: “Dropdown”, “Input” and “Checkbox/Radio”. In the “Submit Button Label” you must add the text that will show up in the submit button. You must add the “Error Label”, this will show up when the form can not be submitted. You must add the “Success Label”, this will show up when the form can be submitted and you can also add a “Success Message”

We received your message!

This component works almost the same way as the "Email Form" but we use this element when we need to send the submitted data to an API endpoint, you can add this information under the “API Endpoint” field.

This component works almost the same way as the "Email form" but we use this element for newsletter subscriptions. First we must add the “List Id” which will be provided by the developers. Then we had to add the “Consent Label”, we can also add a “Consent Additional Richtext” if needed. “First name”, “Last name” and “Email” fields are added automatically but we can add more input fields if necessary under the “Custom Fields” field.
